PeopleVantage is a software service from Royson York Advisory that provides document templates, plain-language summaries of employment and workplace laws, a document vault and electronic signature tools. Royson York is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Using PeopleVantage does not create a lawyer-client relationship. You are responsible for deciding whether a document is right for your organization and for how you use it.

Accuracy

We draft templates from the legislation and regulator guidance and record the date each was last checked. Laws change, and we can't guarantee that every document reflects every change the moment it happens. Subscribers receive updates as we publish them.

Plans and payment

The Policy Kit is a one-time purchase covering one province. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page; it ends at the close of the paid period. Prices are before applicable taxes. Refunds: if you are not satisfied within 14 days of a Policy Kit purchase and have not sent documents for signature, contact us for a full refund.

Electronic signatures

You are responsible for confirming that electronic signatures are appropriate for each document you send, and for obtaining any consent your employees need to give. Signers must agree to sign electronically before signing.

Your data

You own your documents and signed records and can download them at any time. See our privacy notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Royson York's total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
